We want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Ensure the products are securely packed in their original packaging, including the completed return form inside the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
